Hornby 9F tender chassi replacement

These chassi blocks were made to replace the affected hornby loco driven 9f models that suffer from mazak rot commonly known as zinc pest. As hornby do not provide spare chassis when this may occour, we have designed one that funtions better than the original. The original ringfield chassis had multiple issues inlcuding mazak rot as well as tight wheel bearings. This chassi solves those problems and is fitted with holes on the top in the correct positon to allow you to re attach the tender pickups should your particular model come fitted with them.
 
Due to this chassi being much smaller than the original ringlfield desgin. The extra space in the tender can be used to house decoders, speakers, stay alives and etc.
